Job description
**About Us:** We are a profitable and growing company, originating in Silicon Valley and now headquartered in Taiwan. We combine intuitive design with[**Creative AI**](https://www.notion.so/Creative-AI-2806350a72824eb4a320a9632533a838?pvs=21)tech to create [**inspiring products**](https://picc.co/products) for millions of people worldwide. We offer a fun, creative, and international workplace with competitive compensation, stock options, flexible hybrid work, free lunch, and more. Ready to make a big impact with a talented team? Come create with us. ### About the Role: As a Product Testing Intern, you'll be the quality owner for the features we ship. You'll go beyond running checklists: you'll join projects from planning, decide what's worth testing, run the tests, chase down bugs with the people who can fix them, and tell us honestly when something feels wrong from a user's point of view. You'll spend your time on product testing and testing operations, and you'll gradually take ownership of a project's test coverage. ### What You'll Do: **Sprint & routine testing** - Run sprint testing and daily template testing across iOS, Android, and web. - Report clear, reproducible bugs and follow them through to closure before the testing party. - Keep the iOS/Android checklists current — add steps for new features and clean up outdated ones. **Project testing (as you ramp up)** - Join sprint planning and proactively build context on each project (discovery vs. delivery, scope, risks). - Scope testing requirements and write test steps for the projects you own. - Align bug status (internal and external) directly with PM, product design, and developers. - Validate that features actually work as intended, not just that they don't crash. **Product/Process feedback** - Share observations and improvement suggestions from a user's perspective. - Share feedback and ideas to address the issues you noticed in the process. ### Skills We're Looking For: - Some software/technical understanding (how apps are built, basic API or log reading). - High attention to detail — you notice the small thing that's off. - Curiosity about *why* something broke, not just *that* it broke. - Good product sense: you can articulate why an experience feels good or bad to a real user. - Clear written documentation and comfortable communicating directly with PMs and engineers. - Organized, self-driven, and comfortable asking questions. - Basic fluency in English (written and spoken) and conversational Chinese. ### Nice-To-Haves: - Prior QA, testing, or product internship experience. - Heavy user of photo/video editing or creative apps. - Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, TestRail, or similar issue/test-management systems. - Interest in using AI tools to speed up testing work (e.g., auto-generating test steps). ### Notes: - **We're looking for an intern who can work at least 4 days a week for 6+ months. Ideally, candidates should be available on Thursdays and Fridays.** - We do **not** provide work permits for this internship position. - Start date is flexible and will be discussed after the offer.
