Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Planning, and HR, you will lead production operations and help drive safety, performance, and continuous improvement across the plant. Getting a Flying Start As Production Manager, you will ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the production plan while meeting quality, cost, and customer expectations. This role combines operational leadership with people management and development, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant performance and employee engagement. How You Make an Impact Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation projects across the plant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Support talent development through training, cross-skilling, and succession planning. Your Starting Points Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. At least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production planning, performance management, and continuous improvement. Proven ability to lead and engage teams in a fast-paced industrial setting. Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems. Fluent Greek and English communication skills.
