Job Description Meets customer quality specifications , on time delivery and quantity targets. Coordinates with customer logistics to address for quality and delivery concerns and maintain quality system readiness to customer audits. Identifies and implements cost reduction opportunities based on budget like Premium Freight, Logistics cost, scrap reduction and includes but not limited to control of stock levels and Inventory Monitors phasing in and phasing out of models to avoid dead stock and build of excess of finish goods. Prepares production plan based on customer call off from SAP data and enable production to execute according to plan. Supports for the timely execution of the introduction of new product launches. Reviews available working days and daily capacity. Reviews releases of customers and amend for any great changes that may affect the previous production plan. Communicates with Customer Logistics regarding shipment details and other urgent concerns. Coordinates with Materials planning to ensure material availability based on production plan. Qualifications Bachelors Degree (Bachelor of Science in Engineering) or any equivalent With Internal and External effective communication skills Finite Planning/ Production Plan execution (PP) Knowledgeable in Inventory Reduction Standardization of Production Planning Simulation Leadership experience in a manufacturing field is an advantage Additional Information Knowledge item Integrated Planning Process MAKE ProcessProduction Scheduling and sequencing with and without APO Production Scheduling Master Data Structured Problem Solving Supervisory Skills Production Process and Management Interal & External communicationsKnowledge in Customer Requirements Inventory Management Ready to take your career to the next level?
