**Job Description** Are you passionate about motorsport and precision planning? Hyundai Motorsport is seeking a Production Planner to lead and execute production and upgrade planning activities for our cutting-edge motorsport programmes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of components and assemblies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet performance and quality targets. - Assess and review component requirements for upcoming motorsport events. - Ensure stock levels meet operational and performance goals. - Collaborate with Forecasting Lead and PMO Manager to develop forward-looking production plans. - Align planning with programme milestones and race schedules. - Organize manufacturing and delivery of prototype and production-intent components. - Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and timelines. - Verify availability of rebuild kits and sub-assemblies. - Plan and coordinate repair activities internally or with approved suppliers. - Maintain accurate records of stock levels, usage rates, and replenishment needs. - Identify and resolve inefficiencies or bottlenecks in planning and production. - Act as a key interface between engineering, procurement, logistics, and workshop teams. **Required Profile** - Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred. - Proven experience in a motorsport environment; strong background in stock and inventory management. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement. - Proficiency in SAP (ERP) and Microsoft Project (Planning & Scheduling). **Offer** Hyundai Motorsport GmbH offers a competitive package and a dynamic work environment where you can thrive and grow.
