Description du poste Act Digital is looking for a Production Security Expert to support one of our major financial clients in a complex and highly regulated environment. The role focuses on reviewing, securing, and improving sensitive access rights within Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems. You will act as a security expert on extended rights and proxy-related topics, ensuring that access rules and processes are robust, compliant, and well-governed. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys analysis, security governance, and process improvement , rather than day-to-day firefighting Key responsibilities Review and analyze security rules related to extended and privileged access rights Assess and improve security processes and controls Provide expert support on IAM production activities Contribute to global security initiatives related to access management Investigate security-related questions or incidents Act as a subject-matter expert on IAM and extended rights Qualifications Profile 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management Experience with extended or privileged access rights Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset Comfortable working in large, international environments Autonomous, rigorous, and collaborative Informations complémentaires Hybrid position : 3 days on site, and 2 on remote Prior exposure to banking or highly regulated environments is considered an asset.
