Production Supervisor

Job description

Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise daily production activities based on demand and stock levels. Work closely with Quality Assurance & Control teams to maintain product quality standards. Coordinate raw material collection and usage with the Stores department. Monitor production efficiency, yields, and waste to ensure cost-effective operations. Prepare and submit daily production reports on time. Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, safety standards, and company policies. Coordinate preventive machine maintenance with the maintenance team. Supervise, motivate, and manage the production team to achieve performance targets. Identify training needs and support continuous skill development of staff. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production Management, Quality Management, or related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in preform manufacturing is an added advantage). Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in computer applications and production reporting systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Deadline: 14th March 2026
