What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and motivate a team of production operatives during the backshift
- Support team training, coaching and skills development
- Create a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team culture
Production & Performance Management
- Oversee production operations to ensure all targets are achieved
- Maintain workflow efficiency, making adjustments where necessary
- Ensure product quality meets company and customer expectations
Safety, Hygiene & Quality Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
- Support quality control processes and escalate any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organised work environment
Problem‑Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Respond to operational challenges and find effective solutions
- Use production metrics and shift performance data to recommend improvements

Communication & Coordination
