Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety regulations. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on team motivation and development. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges. Effective communication skills, ensuring clarity and collaboration within the team and with management. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and commitment to achieving high standards of production.
