To strengthen our team in surface technology (painting and powder coating), we are looking for committed and motivated candidates for this position. Job Description Preparation of workpieces for the coating process (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.) Support in hanging and removing parts on the conveyor system Post-processing of coated parts (demasking, polishing, etc.) Visual inspection and quality control Assistance with packaging coated parts Qualifications Professional experience in surface technology (e.g., decorator, interior finisher, painter, powder coating) Technical understanding and interest in surface processing Basic understanding of technical drawings is an advantage Careful, precise, and independent working style Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently Quality awareness and team-oriented mindset Willingness to work shifts Additional Information A secure and long-term position in our expanding high-tech company A value-oriented working environment that promotes collaboration and active participation A challenging role with a high degree of responsibility and room for personal initiative Intensive, individualized onboarding Voluntary social benefits such as subsidized lunch This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
