How You'll Make an Impact Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that support business objectives and growth targets. Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement. Prepare and deliver impactful customer presentations, proposals, and solution offerings. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and other teams to ensure successful project execution. Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities. Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing colleagues when required. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines Your Background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the energy, industrial, or B2B technology sectors. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong knowledge of the LATAM energy market, including customers, competitors, and regulatory frameworks. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Spanish and English. Experience building and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. Experience developing and implementing strategic commercial plans.
