Location Viana do Castelo, Portugal INTERNSHIP PURPOSE and KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Support the client tech specialist team on interesting tasks and challenges at our Viana location, such as: Desktop support. Desktop connection to network. Telecommunications support. Desktop applications installation and troubleshooting. Help Desk / Systems Operations. Develop / support web-based programs. Special Assignments – Responsible for the completion of special assignments as required. Teamwork – Considers and seeks out the impact of his/her actions within the team. Actively seeks collaboration with internal and external team members.
