On behalf of our client, a global industry leader in beauty, we are looking for a talented and results-driven Advocacy & Influence Lead to drive and implement the organization’s social advocacy, influencer marketing, and consumer advocacy strategy. The role will be dedicated to managing the account as part of maternity leave coverage through Ogilvy.Reporting to the CDO with a dotted line to the Head of A&I at corporate level, the successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand engagement, cultural relevance, and influencer partnerships, while ensuring full alignment with both local and global A&I frameworks. This role will oversee local activation calendar and build lasting relationships with priority influencers. A key part of the position involves coordinating and activating brand events, including O+O advocacy activations, retailer events, ensuring seamless integration between global strategic direction and local market execution. The role also leads the development of Pro Community Management end to end, B2B social campaigns, grows the online Pro community, and takes responsibility for upskilling both professional influencers and internal field teams. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating influence performance, optimizing ROI, and driving innovative advocacy initiatives across the division. Monthly Advocacy reporting, spend efficiency management, and consistent delivery against KPIs will be central to measuring success.
