Job description

The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all "the company Data Capture" products. The Professional Services Consultant must be able to: Deliver "the company" solutions t o customer based on requirements document Provide technical leadership to customer on "The Company" solution as configured to the customer’s requirements Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget Function as the "The Company" subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s location Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements Document all customer-specific configurations Required Skills Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 4+Yr customer facing experience Consultancy experience with data capture Technology or equivalent Development experience with .NET Required Experience 5+ years of Professional Services Experience Good to have Financial service industry experience is a plus Enterprise content management experience is a plus BPM experience is a plus Our client - Leading provider of smart process applications that simplify the business critical information-intensive customer interactions.
