**About the Role** As the Professional Support Lawyer within the Employment Group, you will play a central role in supporting the team's technical excellence, knowledge strategy and market-leading expertise. Working closely with partners and lawyers across the group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the team's know-how, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, delivering training, enhancing precedent resources and supporting innovative approaches to legal service delivery. This is a strategic role that combines deep employment law expertise with a passion for knowledge sharing, legal innovation and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will help ensure that the Employment Group remains at the forefront of employment law developments and continues to deliver exceptional value to clients.
