Program Lead, Governance & Orchestration, Go-To-Market Marketing Description - Job Summary This role is responsible for managing the operating cadence, governance, and cross-functional program delivery for the GTM Marketing organization. The role leads the meeting and review architecture, maintains governance artifacts and decision records, manages cross-functional programs end to end, and tracks commitments, dependencies, and risks. The role develops operating standards and playbooks that scale across the organization and supports leadership with visibility into program status and execution risk. Responsibilities Manages the organization's operating cadence, including the meeting and review architecture, agendas, inputs, and follow-through. Maintains governance artifacts, including decision logs, accountability maps, and escalation paths. Leads cross-functional programs and projects end to end, managing scope, timelines, and dependencies. Tracks commitments, dependencies, and risks across the organization and surfaces them to leadership with time to act. Develops and maintains operating standards, templates, and playbooks that scale across the organization and reduce duplicated effort. Coordinates inputs across business and regional teams to support planning cycles and executive reviews. Monitors program performance against milestones and drives corrective action where needed. Supports leadership with status reporting, program analysis, and decision-ready information. Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 8+ years of job-related experience, preferably in program management, business operations, PMO, or a related field. Preferred Certifications Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is preferred but not required.
