What You´ll Do
- Manage projects for new site implementation from initiation through to handover and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, procurement, engineering, health & safety) and external contractors
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects remain within approved Capex limits
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant building/operational standards
- Prepare regular status reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure proper handover to operational teams
- Support the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier management
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, facility implementation, or Capex projects
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams

- Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent), is a plus.
