**Position Summary**
In this role you will manage North America and LATAM VM programs with the Sr. Program Manager. You will be the sole owner of opening and managing purchase orders and providing supporting documentation to the finance team. This position is a vital part of cross functional visibility and external vendor management.
### Responsibilities
- Manage a subset of retailer programs within North America and LATAM.
- Lead the creation of direct and indirect purchase orders for North America and LATAM.
- Maintain active purchase order and ongoing financial reporting with the Sr. Program Manager.
- Prepare monthly accrual list for Fixed Assets and manage tracking reports.
- Independently handle invoice and audit requirements with Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets.
- Maintain active purchase order and ongoing miscellaneous reporting with the Program Manager.
### Requirements
- 3+ years of managing cross-functional teams within a work environment, vendor management a plus
- Excellent Microsoft office suite knowledge, with specific focus on excel and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Ability to work in a tight, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Can do positive attitude
- Passionate about developing and maintaining relationships
- SAP Knowledge nice to have
