Department: Office of the Dean of Engineering Job Posting Details Responsibilities Develop and implement enrollment plans to achieve admission targets. Establish a standardized enrollment process and operational system. Plan and execute promotional campaigns; draft course descriptions and marketing collateral. Deliver high-quality student services and foster community engagement. Undertake other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in STEM, Management, or Education are preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in enrollment for executive education or client development within high-end professional service firms. Excellent project planning and event organization skills; ability to independently produce professional copy; strong goal-oriented execution capabilities. Proficient in both Chinese and English, fluency in Cantonese preferred; Highly responsible with a strong service mindset; meticulous and detail-oriented; strong team collaboration spirit; willing to travel frequently. (Duration: 2 years) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
