We encourage you to refer candidates to this role Position Title: Programmer Analyst Job Summary: Responsible for the support, maintenance, delivery of enhancements for existing application functionalities and service catalogue requests for application services assigned • Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and/or coordinate support needed with vendor. • Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed • Codes programs to support the requirements documented in approved requirements documents and/or technical design documents. • Performs unit testing verifying test results; Provide technical support during systems/systems integration testing and user acceptance testing where applicable. Role Exposure: Be part of the digital transformation journey of the bank. Be trained in translating software requirements into workable programming code and maintain and develop programs for use in business. Enhance your creative and analytical skills by studying the consumer market and client needs to develop cutting-edge applications. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in application support Programming Languages: PowerShell Scripting, PL/SQL Development, .Net, Java Database Technologies and Management Tools: Microsoft PL/SQL, Oracle APEX Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles Client L1/L2 Support and Service Management experience would be an added advantage Experience or Knowledge of Banking Domain would be an added advantage Knowledgeable on ITIL process would be an added advantage Nice to have: MULE Other Details: Rank: Junior Officer Unit: Information Technology Group / Service Management Division Office Location: Metrobank Center, BGC
