**Salary:** £21052.60 per annum **Hours:** 32.5 Hours per week (09.00 - 16.00) **Weeks:** 39 Weeks (Term Time) **Contract:** Permanent **Job Purpose:** To have the overall responsibility for monitoring and tracking the progress and transition for a caseload of identified learners, so that each learner is able to optimise their performance at Queen Alexandra College and meet their potential.
