While you'll travel locally within your assigned territory, team meetings, training, and other business-related activities will take place at locations designated by your manager based on current business needs. ## Job Snapshot **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** $50,000-$200,000+ annually **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Kansas market **Experience:** Previous sales experience strongly preferred. No roofing experience required.
