As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process. **No roofing experience? No problem.** We provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed. ## 📍 Office Location **Office 104 – Charlotte Market** **Report To Office:** 6425A Bannington Rd Charlotte, NC 28226 **Hiring throughout the greater Charlotte area and surrounding North Carolina communities.** All North Carolina leads are assigned through the local market based on business needs. ## Job Snapshot **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** **$50,000–$200,000+ annually** **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Charlotte market **Experience:** No roofing experience required
