You don't need to know roofing to be successful here. **You need to know how to sell, take ownership of your results, and deliver a great customer experience.** We'll teach you the industry. ## OFFICE LOCATION **Office 497 – Castle Rock, CO** ### Report To Office: **10233 S Parker Road, Suite 300** **Parker, CO 80134** Hiring throughout the **Castle Rock** area, including surrounding communities. **Important:** This position services the **Castle Rock, CO market**. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our **Parker, CO office**. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Parker office as required. ## JOB SNAPSHOT **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** $70,000–$200,000+ **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Castle Rock market **Experience:** Experienced sales professional preferred; roofing experience is a plus
