As a Project Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process. **No roofing experience required.** We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the business and succeed. ### 📍 Location **Office 108 – Knoxville Market** **Reporting Location:** 116 North A Street Lenoir City, TN 37771 This is a **field-based position** serving the Knoxville and surrounding East Tennessee market. Local travel throughout the assigned territory is required. ## Job Snapshot **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** $50,000–$200,000+ annually **Pay:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the assigned market **Experience:** No roofing experience required
