Could you be the full-time Junior Project Contract Manager in Toronto we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your contract management expertise in a cutting-edge and impactful field. You’ll work alongside sharp, committed, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of contracts on complex transportation projects, helping us shape the future of mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including project teams, legal experts, and external stakeholders, to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate documentation. You’ll also negotiate with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues efficiently and ensure that deliverables align with our company standards and customer satisfaction. You’ll specifically take care of leading contract management efforts for major transportation projects, but also supporting project teams in understanding and fulfilling their contractual obligations. We’ll look to you for: Ensuring compliance with contract terms and minimizing risks Supporting project teams in understanding contractual obligations and timelines Negotiating with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues Collaborating with legal and project teams to maintain accurate records Ensuring contract deliverables align with company standards and customer expectations Providing expert advice on contract law, negotiation, and risk assessment All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
