# Project Control Manager > ABIS · Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia · Full-time · Posted 2026-09-01 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** ABICON ## Description **Job Summary:** The Project Control Manager is responsible for planning, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, and project performance reporting across EPC projects, ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost and schedule baselines. **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline and updates). - Manage project cost control systems and budget tracking. - Prepare project performance reports (cost, schedule, progress). - Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. - Support risk analysis and mitigation planning. - Monitor earned value management (EVM) metrics. - Prepare client and internal project reporting dashboards. - Support change order and variation cost analysis. - Ensure alignment of project controls with contract requirements. - Assist in project forecasting and completion estimates. ## Requirements **Experience:** +8 years of experience in project controls within EPC projects **Education:** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field - Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control systems **Required Skills & Abilities:** **1- Core Competencies:** - Analytical Thinking - Attention to Detail - Problem Solving - Communication Skills - Stakeholder Management - Time Management - Accountability - Decision Making **2- Technical Skills:** - Project Scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project) - Cost Control & Budgeting - Earned Value Management (EVM) - Project Reporting Systems - Risk Analysis & Forecasting - Contract Awareness (EPC Contracts) - Excel Advanced Modeling - Progress Measurement Systems ## Apply [Apply at ABIS](https://apply.workable.com/abis/j/0BBA806A33/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
