This role serves as a key resource for Area and Project Managers and supports the overall financial health of projects. **Essential Job Responsibilities** - Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista. - Maintain contract values and revenue tracking. - Support forecasting reviews and project financial analysis. - Assist with project audits and compliance reviews. - Help identify risk through the projects - Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation. - Support project leadership with reporting and project controls processes. - Assist the Area and Project Managers - Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls **Minimum Qualifications** - 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience. - Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities. - Understanding of construction financial controls and change management. **Preferred** - Vista ERP preferred. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Bilingual Spanish **Work Environment:** - Outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather extremes. - Occasional travel may be required. - Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors. *This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.* **Benefits** Loenbro offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and rewards to those who join our team: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay - Life and disability insurance - Professional development and training opportunities - Employee assistance program (EAP) *Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment classification and hours worked.* Guided by **Core Values (LEAD)**, grounded in **grit** and a **commitment to excellence**, Loenbro **betters** our families, customers, and **local** communities.
