Review and monitor the Contractor's baseline schedule and updates. Monitor progress against approved milestones and project objectives. Review Contractor recovery plans, look-ahead schedules, and schedule updates. Identify delays, critical path issues, and schedule risks. Review progress measurement and validate reported progress. Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and site supervision teams. Prepare project-level progress reports and dashboards. Provide schedule analysis and recommendations for delay mitigation. Monitor Contractor performance and highlight potential impacts to time and cost.
