**CPH** is a multi-disciplined Engineering and Architectural design firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. **We have an opening for the following position:** - *Project Designer - Land Development* - *Location - Lakeland, FL OR Miami, FL* The **Project Designer - Land Development** plays an essential role in supporting a wide range of projects for a **MAJOR commercial brand**! This is a *very exciting opportunity* for a mid-level candidate with a strong design skill set in tools such as **AutoCAD** and **Civil3D**. This individual must be detail-oriented and possess a collaborative working approach to join a dynamic team at **CPH**! **Position Overview:** Our **Project Designer - Land Development** will work in alignment with the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer to support final delivery of key client deliverables for large commercial developments. ***The primary focus of this position will involve providing day to day support on site layout, grading, and full construction site coordination/design.***
