Conduct site visits and assess land feasibility for solar development. Review and prepare technical drawings, layouts, and engineering inputs for proposals. Compile and coordinate tender documentation for timely submission to authorities. Perform preliminary solar system design, yield simulations, and feasibility analysis. Support the preparation of commercial proposals and basic financial evaluations (training provided). Analyze market data and policy frameworks to identify development opportunities. Assist in developing business plans for local and international projects. Provide suitable options to enhance the competitiveness and viability of proposals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related). Knowledge of solar PV design tools (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) is an advantage. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Willingness to travel for site assessments within Malaysia and occasionally overseas. Fresh graduates with strong interest in renewable energy are encouraged to apply.
