Your tasks Owns the technical development of mechatronic products Is a key member of the development team Is responsible for meeting technical requirements for products Is the contact person for the customer, project manager, and all areas of development in the field of product technology and functionality Oversees the development process from a technical perspective (design, testing, etc.) Is responsible for technical risk analysis and the impact of technical changes Prepares proposals for technical changes and their implementation Your Profile Completed university education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related technical field, or proven experience in that area Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant technical or automotive role English language at least B2 level (spoken and written) Technical background Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to lead and assign tasks within a multinational team High sense of responsibility and ownership Technical thinking and problem-solving mindset Driving licence: B Benefits Financial benefits Summer and winter bonus up to 700 € Bonus 500 € - working anniversary after 5 years in Brose Relocation contribution according to internal regulations Bring a friend contribution Financial reward for improvement proposals Annual reward for reaching goals Transport allowance (up to maximum of 80 €/month depending on distance between place of residence and workplace).
