Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, studio management, architecture, interior design, construction, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities
- Professional and confident communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Experience reviewing drawings, project documentation, consultant packages, and coordination deliverables
- Strong understanding of project workflows, schedules, and design/construction coordination processes
