Experience creating reports, dashboards, and project performance metrics. Who Will Thrive in This Role This role is likely a strong fit if you: Have successfully led technology, software implementation, automation, digital transformation, business transformation, or operational improvement projects. Have experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, clients, technical teams, and operational leaders. Have personally owned project delivery and outcomes, not just project administration. Can confidently lead projects where requirements evolve over time and not everything is clearly defined from day one. Enjoy solving complex business challenges and bringing structure to ambiguity. Are comfortable driving accountability and influencing decisions across teams. Have experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, planning discussions, and stakeholder meetings. Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Enjoy helping people adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. Take ownership, work independently, and consistently follow through on commitments. This Role Is Probably Not For You If You have primarily worked in project administration, project coordination, scheduling, or meeting support roles without direct responsibility for project outcomes. You are looking for a role where project requirements, timelines, and direction are fully defined before work begins. You prefer executing assigned tasks rather than driving accountability and decision-making across stakeholders. You are uncomfortable presenting recommendations, risks, and project updates to senior leaders or clients. You prefer individual contributor work over leading cross-functional collaboration. You have limited experience managing initiatives involving people, processes, technology, and organizational change. You are seeking a software engineering, technical support, systems administration, or business analyst role without project leadership responsibilities. This role is an opportunity to do meaningful work, solve complex challenges, and have a direct impact on the success of both our clients and our business. You'll work alongside leaders, collaborate with talented professionals across different teams, and take ownership of initiatives that drive real results. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, building strong relationships, and seeing projects through from idea to successful execution, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make your mark at SALIX. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, accountable, and eager to grow. In return, you'll be trusted with significant responsibility, exposed to interesting and challenging work, and given the support needed to succeed. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. While we appreciate every application, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. SALIX is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds. If you're looking for a role where you can make a visible impact, continuously develop your skills, and help organizations navigate change and transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
