Project Manager, Courier Onboarding & Compliance

Job description

We are looking for a **Project Manager, Courier Onboarding & Compliance** to act as the single owner of courier and cargo onboarding flows, verification processes, and regulatory compliance across the Delivery Hub. In this role, you will sit within the Supply department — which builds and protects our supply base across all geographies — and bridge the gap between regulatory rigor, product experience, and funnel conversion. Your job is simple to describe but difficult to execute: build a seamless, compliant onboarding machine that converts leads into active couriers while protecting the business against regulatory risks across diverse international markets.
