Your Day-to-Day: Lead and monitor the entire lifecycle of new branch development projects , from planning to handover. Own project strategy, timeline, and budget across multiple brands and locations. Manage and align cross-functional teams including Project Construction, Project Designer, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and Location Analyst . Drive cost efficiency , budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining quality and delivery timelines. Identify risks early and provide practical, data-driven solutions to unblock project issues. Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point for complex project challenges. Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business growth plans. Who We're Looking For: >5+ years of experience in project management , preferably in multi-site development, construction, expansion, or facilities . Strong background in strategic project planning, cost management, and stakeholder management . Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors/contractors. Excellent problem-solving mindset — calm, structured, and solution-oriented. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across different brands or locations. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
