Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, scheduling, and production of all contract support activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and contract requirements. Identify, allocate, and commit necessary resources to support contract operations effectively. Maintain authority over resource deployment to ensure operational success. Establish and adjust corporate management structures to optimize contract support activities and adapt to changing requirements. Develop, implement, and enforce quality control programs to maintain high standards of contract deliverables and performance.
