Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Geography, Emergency Management, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field
- 5-12+ years of experience in planning, resilience, or public-sector consulting
- Project management experience (scope, budget, schedule)
- Experience managing multidisciplinary and/or public-sector projects
- Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, and client presentations
- Strong communication and graphics skills
- Experience with stakeholder and client engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with hazard mitigation, climate adaptation, or infrastructure resilience
- Experience with FEMA or disaster recovery programs
- Familiarity with GIS and spatial analysis
- Experience with grant development and implementation
