What will you do?To lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance planning, service request management, release coordination, and stakeholder/vendor governance for Salesforce CRM. In this context, the role functions primarily as Product Operations / BAU service delivery, with strong responsibility for ongoing maintenance and service requests.
