If you are passionate about software development and eager to be part of a growing software consultancy, we invite you to apply and join us on this exciting journey. ### Requirements - 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects - Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management - Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths - Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes - Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams - Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines) - Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams - Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting - Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) - Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives - Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies - Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams - Ability to overlap US business hours - Bachelor's degree required - Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables - Client-focused dedication to team commitments - Best practices knowledge and adherence - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability - Positive mindset and can-do attitude - Meticulous attention to detail ### Preferred Qualifications - PMP, CSM, or PSM certification - Experience on projects with regulatory or compliance requirements (e.g., legal sign-offs, statutory deadlines) - Experience with nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams ### Company Benefits - Competitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases. - Generous paid-time-off policy - Flexible working hours - Work remotely - Continuing education, training, conferences - Company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications
