Property Field Inspector – Boundary County / Bonners Ferry Area National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections throughout Boundary County, including Bonners Ferry, Moyie Springs, and surrounding communities. Available assignments include exterior property inspections and contact inspections. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking photos, documenting basic property-condition and occupancy information, and completing simple inspection forms through a mobile app. This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started. What You’ll Do Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area. Take required property photos using your smartphone. Report basic property-condition and occupancy information. Complete contact attempts when required by the assignment. Submit completed inspections through a mobile app. Most inspections are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process. What You’ll Need Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Smartphone with internet access. Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines. Ability to pass a background check.
