We provide both in-person and telehealth services for our clients and offer a competitive compensation plan and amazing benefits to our staff. **Are You a Good Fit For Us?** We are currently seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing organization. Flexible hours are provided with the need of some evening hours, in-person and telehealth sessions. This position will work in collaboration with our Psychiatrist on staff. ### Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct psychiatric evaluations for all Athena clients (children and adults) - Conduct ongoing medication management when needed - Complete all required documentation by a given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulations - Ensures all clinical notes and client information are updated and accurate within the current EHR system - Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when needed - Work in collaboration with administrative staff to ensure client needs are successfully met - Ability to commute between sites when needed ### Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school - **Bilingual in English and Spanish A MUST** - Must be certified with the Drug Enforcement Administration in order to prescribe medication to clients - **Must be licensed in New York State** - Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare Clients is a plus - Must be passionate about working with underserved communities and possess a high level of engagement, entrepreneurial, and interpersonal skills
