We provide both in-person and telehealth services for our clients and offer a competitive fee-for-service compensation plan and amazing benefits to our staff. **We are a fee-for-service modeled clinic where therapists are paid per session completed.** ### Athena's Amazing Perks and Benefits: - **Clinical Supervision is provided by experienced Licensed Clinicians** - **Free CEU Credits for LMSWs, LCSWs, and LMHCs** - **Athena will reimburse first-time licensure fees if you take and pass the exam within your first 3 months!** - Flexible Schedule to Promote Work-Life Balance - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for FT employees) - Additional Bonuses for Working Weekend & Evening Hours/Bilingual Sessions - Paid Sick Leave - 401k Retirement Plan with 3% Match! - Flexible Spending Accounts (Health/Commuter) - Life Insurance Coverage and Malpractice Insurance - **W-2 Weekly Pay!** ### Duties and Responsibilities: - Conducts evidence-based therapeutic sessions for children, families, and individuals in person or via telehealth. - Develops and implements goal-oriented treatment plans. - Completes documentation by a given deadline and in compliance with program and state regulations. - Ensures all clinical notes and client information are updated and accurate within the current EHR system. - Provide conflict resolution and crisis intervention when needed. ### Qualifications: - **Master's Degree from an accredited school in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Creative Arts Therapy, or Marriage and Family Therapy.** - **Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.** - LMSW, LMHC, LCAT or LMFT is a plus but not required. - **MUST BE Limited Permit Eligible. No expired LPs.** - Must be passionate about working with underserved communities and possess a high level of engagement, entrepreneurial, and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in an OMH (Article 31/28) environment is strongly desired.
