Job Details Jefferson Northeast Pulmonary Associates is seeking a dedicated Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive inpatient consults and outpatient care, with a strong focus on sleep medicine. Job Description Position Overview: Jefferson Northeast Pulmonary Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician to join our esteemed practice. This role involves a dynamic mix of inpatient consult services and outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine, with a focus on sleep medicine patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clinical duties, ensuring comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities: Manage inpatient pulmonary consult services at the 3 Jefferson Northeast Hospitals. Conduct outpatient pulmonary and sleep medicine consultations, with sleep medicine patients accounting for approximately 50% of outpatients. Interpret home and in-lab sleep studies performed in the JNE region approximately one week per month. Deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population within a busy clinical environment. Provide equitable night, weekend, and holiday ‘call’ coverage for pulmonary outpatient practice and hospital pulmonary consults. Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine (ABIM). Strong clinical skills in both pulmonary and sleep medicine. Ability to manage a busy inpatient consult service and diverse outpatient practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
