Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator Location: Buena Park, CA Compensation: $25-40/hour DOE (Based on experience and qualifications) Employment Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) About StyleKorean StyleKorean Inc., operated by SILICON2 Co., Ltd., is a leading global distributor of Korean beauty products, connecting top Korean skincare, makeup, and beauty brands with international markets. Position Overview This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient purchasing processes and supporting smooth supply chain operations. Benefits & Perks 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (PPO) 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays Year-end discretionary bonus program Daily catered lunch provided Employee discounts on products Free on-site EV charging available for employees Key Responsibilities • Place and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability • Support purchasing processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency • Communicate with vendors, headquarters, and internal teams regarding purchasing status and order updates • Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and related records • Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing data management • Support general purchasing and supply chain coordination as needed Qualifications • Associate’s degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, or related field) • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related fields • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in a global company environment • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English Equal Employment Opportunity StyleKorean Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
