ELEKS [Software Engineering and Development Office](https://careers.eleks.com/about/software-engineering-development-office/) is looking for a Python Developer in Ukraine. **ABOUT PROJECT** Our client is one of the leading U.S. investment banks. The project focuses on building a platform that automates data transformations using DBT, generating tables, views, and data pipelines. The solution processes queued requests and executes DBT workflows in isolated and production environments. ### REQUIREMENTS - 4-5 years of commercial experience with Python - Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency (async/await) - Experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL - Experience with Camunda or other BPMN/workflow orchestration tools - Understanding of cloud environments and modern infrastructure concepts (Azure, HashiCorp stack) - Experience with multi-tenant applications and tenant isolation concepts - Good understanding of Kubernetes (pods, autoscaling, resource management) - Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests - Willingness to learn and work with Java; previous Java experience will be a strong advantage - Experience with DBT will be a plus - Upper-Intermediate English or higher ### RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements - Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria - Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager - Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions - Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications - Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project ### WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS - Close cooperation with a customer - Challenging tasks - Competence development - Team of professionals - Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy
