Working closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams, you will help identify risks early and improve quality throughout the development lifecycle. **What you’ll do:** - **Take full ownership** of quality across rapidly changing domains. - **Lead manual testing efforts** for complex features across backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing flows. - **Deeply understand system behavior**, identify edge cases, and validate complex end-to-end scenarios. - **Work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams** to define requirements and the "Definition of Done." - **Investigate production issues** and ensure proper validation and regression coverage. **What we are looking for:** - **4+ years of experience** as a QA Engineer (with a strong focus on manual testing). - **Strong technical background** with the ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex flows. - **Experience testing** web applications, APIs, and complex distributed systems. - **Proven ability to take ownership** and lead QA efforts within a team or domain. - **Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments** (startup experience is a plus). - **Experience working with AI tools** on a daily basis to create tests and tools. **Nice to have:** - Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems. - Experience with test automation frameworks (even if it is not your main focus). - Familiarity with microservices and cloud environments. - Experience testing complex integrations or data-heavy systems. **Why join us?** - Real ownership from day one.
