AI-native problem solving: you reach for AI tools and agents first to speed up test creation and maintenance, and you know how to test AI features whose outputs can change from run to run. Quality as a mindset, not a phase: you push testing earlier in the development cycle and help engineering and product teams own quality alongside you. Precision and attention to detail: you catch the edge cases others miss and won’t sign off on a release until you trust the results.
