Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements. Monitor M&E installations (power distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC/ACMV, fire suppression systems) and civil works for adherence to quality benchmarks. Identify and report non-conformance issues (NCRs), recommend corrective actions, and follow up on resolutions. Ensure material and equipment compliance through proper documentation, inspections, and testing. Support testing and commissioning teams & prepare QA/QC reports, progress documentation, and final handover packages Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
