Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection test plans (ITP) for all construction and M&E works in data centre projects. Oversee quality inspections, audits, and testing activities across all project phases, including civil, structural, M&E installations, and commissioning. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement. Monitor and enforce quality standards for electrical, mechanical, HVAC (ACMV), fire suppression, and security systems. Coordinate with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers) to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance. Ensure documentation and traceability of test results, material inspections, and handover records. Train project teams on quality processes, safety protocols, and best practices to uphold high standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in QA/QC Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including M&E systems, redundancy, power distribution, and HVAC cooling systems.
