Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Manage and maintain the company's quality management system for trackwork and railway projects. Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance specific to trackwork and railway projects. Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall trackwork and railway quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering Good understanding in ISO standard for ISO 9000, 14000, and18000 Railway project experience is a plus.
